Who I Am
I'm a full-stack developer who cares about building things that actually work and last. Over the past 7+ years, I've gone from QA testing to leading development teams and architecting complete platforms — web apps, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, payment integrations, the whole stack.
Most recently, I led the technical side of a lifestyle super-app for the Qatar market — building the Flutter mobile client, Laravel backend, Azure cloud infrastructure, and integrating payment gateways and SMS authentication from scratch.
I'm bilingual in Arabic and English, comfortable with both RTL and LTR interfaces, and I bring a designer's eye to everything I build. When things break, I fix them. When teams need direction, I step up.

IT Lead & Project Lead · Rush Rush For Trading & Services
Doha, Qatar · Remote- Led end-to-end development of a lifestyle super-app (food delivery, mall shopping, service bookings, digital vouchers) using Flutter (mobile) and Laravel/Filament (backend API & admin panel).
- Architected and deployed full Azure cloud infrastructure: App Service, Application Gateway, Front Door CDN, Redis caching, CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.
- Integrated Doha Bank CyberSource payment gateway with tokenization (TMS/Unified Checkout) and Ooredoo SMS/OTP REST API for user authentication.
- Led critical disaster recovery effort, restoring the full codebase, production server, and environment configurations with zero data loss and minimal downtime.
- Recruited and led a 5-person development team (Flutter dev, DevOps, QA tester), managing sprints, code reviews, and release planning toward v1.0 launch.
- Produced comprehensive release briefs, architecture documentation, and risk registers for executive stakeholders.

Syria- Led a 5-person development team delivering multiple production applications for clients in the Qatar market.
- Built WeSafe from scratch — an employee task management and workplace safety platform with real-time task tracking, hazard zone alerts, completion notifications, and productivity dashboards.
- Worked across the full project lifecycle on Rush Rush (lifestyle super-app), AlNokhba (e-commerce), Rayan (taxi booking system), and Shuaa AlKhaleej (e-commerce).
